At My Primary and Secondary Tutor we believe that effective tutoring is about more than just passing exams, it’s about understanding exactly how a child learns, filling in the gaps holding them back and giving them the tools to thrive both academically and emotionally.

We are currently looking for passionate, empathetic and skilled primary and secondary tutors to join our team. If you love seeing that "lightbulb moment" and want to make a genuine difference in children's lives, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who share our child-first approach. Our ideal tutors are:

  • Qualified & Experienced: You have a strong background in teaching with a teaching qualification in the UK.  

  • Empathetic Communicators: You understand that anxiety and a lack of confidence often hide behind academic struggles and you know how to build a safe, encouraging environment.

  • Adaptable & Observant: You know how to take the insights from our initial Diagnostic Assessments and tailor your approach to suit each individual child’s needs.
