Knowing this information will benefit the student so we can support them in their learning in the way that works best for them.

We will retain your data in regards to payments for up to 18 months to ensure we can complete our legal requirement to file our annual tax return. For all other data, we will archive any accounts we have set up with you and remove any personal data within 1 month of your contract ending.
